Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving verified payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.

We have a local warehouse in the United States. Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days to most U.S. addresses. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.
Note: If an item is out of stock in our U.S. warehouse, it may be shipped from one of our international warehouses. In that case, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.
